Sports, Catch up and Pupil Premium Funding

 

The Sports Premium and Pupil Premium is an allocation of additional funding from the Government, provided to schools to help develop sports provision and support specific groups of children who are vulnerable to possible underachievement. These include children who are entitled to free school meals, those looked after by the local authority and the children of armed forces personnel. The Catch up premium is a one off initiative in response to the Covid 19 pandemic forcing schools to partially close.

 

All schools are required to report on the amount of funding received and how this is being used.  For more details on the funding schemes please visit
